Claire Kurland started Inspirit Learning to work with individuals looking to make a difference in their lives and with companies wanting to make performance and behavioural changes with their staff.

Claire began coaching whilst working for the leading financial services organisation, Norwich Union. Here she completed training with the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring and coached staff at varying levels to improve performance and make positive changes for themselves. Seeing the great impact coaching can have in this environment is what encouraged Claire to start Inspirit Learning.
